Report a Utility Damage

Report within two hours if the utility damage was: 

• To underground natural gas or hazardous liquid utility infrastructure 
• To high priority underground utility infrastructure*
• Caused an injury that requires treatment at a medical facility 
• Caused a fatality 

Please have the following information available to the extent it is known:

• Your contact information
• The damage location
• The type of subsurface installation
• The approximate date and time the damage occurred
• Whether there was an injury or fatality
• Whether the damage caused a fire or evacuation
• The type of tool you were using when you discovered the damage
