Executive Compensation
Each electrical corporation must obtain approval of its executive compensation structure from Energy Safety.
In order to be issued a Safety Certification, electrical corporations must obtain approval on their Executive Compensation Structure from Energy Safety to ensure compensation structures incentivize safety.
