Energy Safety to Host Virtual Public Workshop on PG&E’s 10-Year Electrical Undergrounding Plan 10/15/2026

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) received Pacific Gas and Electric’s (PG&E) 10-Year Electrical Undergrounding Plan (EUP) on Sept. 30.

To facilitate awareness and stakeholder comments on the EUP, Energy Safety will hold a virtual public workshop (via Microsoft Teams) on Thursday, Oct. 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to discuss the plan. During the workshop, PG&E will provide an overview of its EUP and address questions from stakeholders. Members of the public, local and regional agencies, boards, tribes, commissions, and other stakeholders are invited to participate.

Once available, materials, including the notice and agenda for the workshop, may be found on the meeting docket.
