SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today released its draft decision on Bear Valley Electric Service’s 2023-2025 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP). The draft is published for a 30-day public review and comment period.
Opening comments must be submitted no later than October 11. Reply comments must be submitted no later than October 23. All comments must be submitted to Energy Safety’s e-filing system and the 2023-2025 Wildfire Mitigation Plans docket (2023-2025-WMPs).
