Feedback

The Underground Safety Board (Board) encourages you to submit feedback on agenda items presented at Board meetings and how to address public safety concerns. There are two ways to submit feedback:
- Public Comment: Use this option to submit comments related to a specific Board meeting agenda item.
- Ideas Submission: Use this option to share safety concerns, recommendations, or ideas for potential Board initiatives or future policy topics.
The Board uses the information you provide through the Feedback Form to understand the context of your public comment or idea, and to determine whether there are tools within the Board’s purview to address the issue. Public comments will be considered as policy initiatives advance, such as the development of standards or regulations. Idea submissions are routed to the Policy Division for evaluation and potential inclusion in future research or rulemaking agendas.
Submission does not guarantee Board action, placement on a meeting agenda, or an individual response.
While you are not required to complete every field, missing information may limit staff’s ability to evaluate your submission. Board staff may contact you with follow-up questions using the contact information you provide.
