SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today rejected and ordered resubmission of LS Power’s 2025 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) Update.
LS Power failed to follow Energy Safety’s WMP guideline requirements in submitting its plan. LS Power must make its plan complete and submit a revised plan by Sept. 17 for Energy Safety to conduct a substantive evaluation. Public comment will follow LS Power’s revised plan submission.
