SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today rejected and ordered resubmission of the Bear Valley Electric Service (BVES) 2025 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) Update. BVES failed to follow WMP guideline requirements in submitting its plan. BVES must make its plan complete and submit a revised plan by May 29 in order for Energy Safety to conduct a substantive evaluation.
