SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today released its draft decision on the 2022 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) Update for Bear Valley Electric Service. The draft decision is published for public review and comment.
Comments may be submitted no later than November 21, 2022. Response to public comments may be submitted no later than November 28, 2022. Comments may be submitted to Energy Safety’s e-filing system in the 2022 WMP docket (#2022-WMPs).
