Sacramento – The Office of Energy Safety Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today set dates for a second round of public comment and a public adoption meeting on its Compliance Guidelines for Electrical Corporations.
Public comment will be taken until Mon., Aug. 21 and on Sept. 12, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Energy Safety will hold a virtual public adoption meeting to take additional public comment, present an overview of the changes, and consider the guidelines for adoption. Energy Safety’s guidelines are established to assist electrical corporations in adhering to the commitments they’ve made in their Wildfire Mitigation Plans.
