WSAB Publishes 2022 POU Guidance Advisory Opinion Redline Draft

The California Wildfire Safety Advisory Board today published the redline draft of the Guidance Advisory Opinion for the 2023 Wildfire Mitigation Plans of Electric Publicly-Owned Utilities and Rural Electric Cooperatives.

WSAB is responsible for reviewing the WMPs of the State’s Electric Publicly-Owned Utilities’ and Cooperatives’ (POU) and providing advisory guidance about improvements to those WMPs. This document fulfills that responsibility and represents WSAB’s review of the POUs’ 2022 WMPs and guidance for development of the POUs’ 2023 WMPs.
