SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today released its draft decision on PacifiCorp’s 2022 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) Update. The draft decision is published for public review and comment.
Comments may be submitted no later than Nov. 28. Response to public comments may be submitted no later than Dec. 5. Comments may be submitted to Energy Safety’s e-filing system in the 2022 WMP docket (#2022-WMPs).
