SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today released its draft decision on Liberty Utilities 2022 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) Update. The draft update is published for public review and comment.
Comments must be submitted no later than Oct 17. Replies to public comments must be submitted no later than Oct. 24. Comments must be submitted to Energy Safety’s e-filing system in the 2022 Wildfire Mitigation Plans docket (#2022-WMPs).
