SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today released draft 2023 executive compensation guidelines for public comment. Electrical corporations must have their annual executive compensation structures approved by Energy Safety as one of the requirements for safety certification.
A 30-day public comment period follows release of the guidelines. Final guidelines will be adopted during a public meeting in October.
