Sacramento – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today rejected Liberty Utilities and PacifiCorp’s 2022 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) Updates and ordered them to be revised and resubmitted. Energy Safety rejected the WMP Update submissions, without review of the substance, for being incomplete. Liberty Utilities and PacifiCorp will have 30 days to revise and resubmit their plans.
