Shant Simonian, of Los Angeles, has been an operational director for UtiliQuest since 2020. He was operational manager from 2017 to 2020, damage supervisor from 2016 to 2017, damage investigator from 2014 to 2016, and a field utility locator in 2013, all for UtiliQuest.
