SACRAMENTO – The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) today released its draft compliance guidelines for a 30-day public comment period. The compliance guidelines provide definitions and establish standards that electrical corporations must follow in the implementation of their Wildfire Mitigation Plans (WMPs).
Written public comments will be accepted until Wed., July 1, 5 p.m. (20 days from publication) with the reply comment deadline set for Fri., July 11, 5 p.m. (10 days from the opening comment deadline).
Comments and reply comments must be submitted to the compliance guidelines docket via Energy Safety’s e-filing system.
