										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SACRAMENTO – California’s Underground Safety Board today released its <a href="https://efiling.energysafety.ca.gov/eFiling/Getfile.aspx?fileid=58971&amp;shareable=true">draft regulatory language</a> for public comment on the use of geographic information systems (GIS) in recording and mapping new subsurface installations.
